摘　　要：目的回顾性调查2013-2019年北京地区无偿献血人群的人口学特征,分析其变化趋势,为下一步的献血宣传招募工作提供参考。方法选取2013-2019年北京市红十字血液中心参加无偿献血的全血献血者,按年度统计其性别、年龄、职业和受教育程度,计算性别比例、不同年龄段献血者所占比例、不同职业献血者所占比例及不同受教育程度献血者的组成。结果自2013年以来,北京地区每年在北京市红十字血液中心的献血人次在23~27万之间,其中男性占65.33%~69.05%,女性占30.95%~34.67%,18~25岁组所占比例逐渐下降,36~45岁组和46岁以上组占比逐年上升,工人和农民占比逐年下降,职员和"其他"占比逐年升高。献血者的整体受教育程度也呈逐年升高趋势。结论献血人群人口学特征的这些变化趋势与整个中国的社会发展变化相一致,与其他省市的数据也有相似之处,采供血机构的从业人员应根据这些变化制定相应的献血宣传招募策略。Objective To retrospectively analyze the demographic characteristics of voluntary blood donor population in Beijing area from 2013 to 2019 and provide reference for the blood donation recruitment in the future.Methods According to the annual statistics of the gender,age,occupation and education level of blood donors who participated in unpaid blood donation at the Beijing Red Cross Blood Center in 2013-2019,the gender ratio,the proportion of blood donors of different ages,the proportion of blood donors from different occupations and the composition of blood donors of different levels of education were calculated.Results Since 2013,the annual blood donation in Beijing area between 23-27 million,of which men accounted for about 65.33%-69.05%,women accounted for about 30.95%-34.67%.18-25 year old group proportion gradually decreased,but the proportion of 36-45 year old group and over 46 year old group increased year by year.The proportion of workers and farmers decreased gradually,but ratios of staff and"other"was increasing year by year.The overall educational level of blood donors was also increasing year by year.Conclusions The trends in the demographic characteristics of blood donor population in Beijing area are consistent with the changes in social development in China as a whole,and are similar to the data of other provinces and cities.The practitioners of blood collection institutions should formulate corresponding blood donation recruitment strategies according to these changes.
