摘　　要：介绍了一种解决聚合釜温度控制对象在大滞后性和小超调量的要求所采用的批量程序控制和串级相结合的方法。详细阐述了串级加分程控制方法,实现如何解决积分饱和对超调产生的影响并对聚合反应不同阶段对控制器控制规律及参数加以调整,对理解聚合釜的温度控制原理有借鉴意义。This paper introduces a method of combining batch program control and cascade control to solve the requirements of large delay and small overshoot for the temperature control object of polymerizer.The realization of cascade and split range control method,how to solve the influence of integral saturation on overshoot,and how to adjust the control law and parameters of the controller in different stages of polymerization reaction are described in detail,which has reference significance for understanding the temperature control principle of polymerizer.
