摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,音视频通信越来越多应用到人们的工作、生活中,在远程教育、远程医疗、远程监控、网络直播等行业中取得了良好的效果.笔者在分析WebRTC技术的基础上,设计并实现了一种在Android上运行的音视频客户端,该客户端在局域网环境下通过点对点的方式建立音视频连接,不需要在后台部署服务器,具有灵活性高、价格低廉、稳定可靠等特点.With the development of network technology,audio and video communication is more and more applied to people's work and life.It has achieved good results in the fields of distance education,remote medical treatment,remote monitoring,network live broadcast.Based on the analysis of webrtc technology,this paper designs and implements an audio and video client running on Android.The client establishes the audio and video connection through the point-to-point way in the LAN environment,without the need to deploy the server in the background.The system has the characteristics of high flexibility,low price,stability and reliability.
