摘  要:针对簇绒机电子横移系统中由机械与电气特性差异导致的系统性能优化困难问题,基于电子横移系统工作原理给出横动系统等效模型,并建立机械传动物理模型、伺服电机控制模型和信号控制系统,推导得出横动系统状态方程,再通过传递函数框图的输入输出关系,建立电子横移系统的整体动力学模型。利用Simulink软件对模型进行验证,并搭建基于双通道的噪声与振动测试系统,借助加速传感器对横移系统进行实际采点,以滑杆轴处Chan1采集信号作为输入信号进行仿真。结果表明:横移系统动力学模型的阶跃响应可快速趋于稳定,并且仿真值与实测值的相对误差基本保持在11.9%以内,因此,所建立的动力学模型基本正确且稳定性较好。由系统频域伯德图可知,横移系统的谐振频率约为363 rad/s。Aiming at the difficulty of system performance optimization caused by the difference between mechanical and electrical characteristics in electronic traverse system of tufting machine,this paper established the equivalent model,mechanical transmission model,servo motor control model and signal control system based on the working principle of electronic traverse system.The state equation of transverse system was then derived,and the integral dynamic model of electron transverse motion system was built according to the input and output relations of transfer function block diagram.The integral dynamic model was verified by Simulink software,and a dual-channel noise and vibration measurement system was used to carry out the actual mining point of the traverse system.The Chan1 acquisition signal at the slider axis was used as the input signal for simulation.The results show that the step response of the traverse system model can be stabilized quickly,and the relative error between the simulated and measured values is kept within 11.9%,indicating that the established dynamic model is correct and stable.The Bode diagram of the frequency domain system shows that the resonant frequency of traverse system is about 363 rad/s.
