摘 要:为提升高校离退休人员管理的时效性、准确性与信息化水平,针对养老制度不断改革导致的数据量日趋增大、离退休人员信息交换困难等问题,开发了离退休人员管理信息系统。该系统以Python脚本语言为架构基础,通过PyQt库实现系统界面的构建,以Access数据库为主存储数据库,并通过ODBC(open database connectivity)实现Access数据库与主程序的互联。东华大学的实际应用结果表明,该系统能够稳定、良好地实现各项既定功能,极大地完善了以往管理方式,简化了信息使用步骤,增强了数据分析计算能力,提高了离退休人员管理的整体水平。The management information system has been developed in order to improve the time-efficiency,accuracy and level of informationization and deal with the rising data and difficulty in exchanging information of the retired resulting from the changing pension policies.The system is based on the scripting language Python and realizes the system formation through PyQt library.Besides,the system adopts Access as the main database and realizes the connection between Access and main programs through ODBC(open database connectivity).The case in Donghua University has shown that the system is stable.It can perform every expected function and greatly improve the disadvantages of the original managerial approaches.It simplifies the process of using information,enhances the calculation of data and raises the comprehensive level of the management of the retired.
