摘  要:目的探讨提高治疗性抗菌药物使用前标本送检率的有效方式,为医院感染管理改进提供参考。方法基于PDCA循环法,从计划、实施、检查、处理4个方面对标本送检率不达标的科室进行管理,增加标本送检率。结果通过10个月的改进措施,目标科室治疗性抗菌药物使用前总体送检率(含限制类、特殊类)分别由26.93%、32.07%、72.70%上升至70.92%、77.11%、92.31%,均达到并超过国家相关要求,患者平均住院时间由原有的9.11 d缩短至8.28 d。结论PDCA循环法的运用显著提高治疗性抗菌药物使用前标本送检率,从整体缩短了住院时间,促进医院感染管理水平的提高。Objective To explore effective methods for improving the specimen submission rate before the use of therapeutic antibiotics,and to provide references for the improvement of nosocomial infection management.Methods PDCA circulation was applied to manage the clinical departments that failed to meet the standards through plan-do-check-action circulation procedure,so as to improve the specimen submission rate.Results Through the application of improvement measures for 10 months,the required departments got improved in the overall specimen submission rate;the specimen submission rates,including restricted and special categories,increased from 26.93%.32.07%,and 72.70%to 70.92%,77.11%,and 92.31%,all meeting or exceeding the national standards and requirements.And the length of hospital stay was shortened from 9.11 days to 8.28 days.Conclusion The application and implementation of PDCA circulation has significantly improved the specimen submission rate before the use of therapeutic antibiotics and shortened the length of hospital stay in the traditional Chinese medicine hospital,which has promoted the improvement of hospital infection management.
