摘 要:本研究提出了一个镍酸浸渣(简称镍渣)碱焙脱硅处理的新方法.通过焙烧前对镍渣与工业片碱进行高速预混,避免了焙烧过程中的搅拌,以降低碱耗,减轻物料负担.开展了镍渣碱焙烧实验,得到了优化参数为:预混时间为120s,碱矿质量比1.6∶1,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为30min,使用该参数实现脱硅率90.2%.制备了二氧化硅浓度68.8g/L、模数0.49的硅酸钠溶液.经成本核算,每生产1t产品,可获得经济效益20.14元,在实现环境效益的同时有一定的经济收益.与已报道的4.5∶1的最小碱矿质量比相比,碱耗下降了60%,减轻了后续工序碱循环回收量,从而以经济、环保的方式实现了镍渣的回收利用.A new method for desilication of nickel acid-leaching residue(referred to as nickel residue)by alkali roasting is proposed.In order to avoid stirring during roasting,the nickel residue is premixed at a high-speed before roasting so as to reduce alkali consumption and material burden.On the basis of laboratory experiments,the optimum parameters are obtained as follows:premixing time is 120 s,alkali-ore mass ratio is 1.6∶1,roasting temperature is 500℃,roasting time is 30 min.With the optimum parameters,the desilication ratio can reach 90.2%and sodium silicate solution with silica concentration of 68.8 g/L and modulus of 0.49 can be prepared.The new method can simultaneously yield a certain economic profit of 20.14(CNY)for each ton of product according to cost accounting.Compared with the reported minimum alkali-ore mass ratio of 4.5∶1,the alkali consumption is reduced by 60%,and the amount of alkali recycled in the follow-up procedures is also decreased.Therefore,the recovery and utilization of the nickel residue is realized in an environmental and economic way.
