摘  要:目的:探索超低温冷疗这一恢复手段对缓解运动后肌肉疲劳的效果,为超低温冷疗在运动训练领域的应用提供参考。方法:16名普通在校男大学生作为实验对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,利用坐姿抬腿运动诱发受试者股直肌产生疲劳。运动后使用超低温冷疗对实验组进行干预,对照组只在安静状态下休息。运用Myoton便携式肌肉状态测试技术分别测试受试者的运动前、运动后、干预后、运动后24h和运动后48h的肌肉状态指标,并用JMP软件进行数据分析,对比实验组和对照组运动前后肌肉状态的变化情况。结果:在超低温冷疗干预后实验组和对照组的振荡频率出现显著差异(P<0.05),但从运动后24h和运动后48h的数据来看,此时两组数据没有表现出显著差异;在超低温冷疗干预后实验组的肌肉动态硬度明显低于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);而反映肌肉弹性的对数衰减值在运动前后实验组和对照组均没有明显差异。结论:超低温冷疗对于缓解肌张力的效果是明显且快速的;超低温冷疗能够有效降低运动后肌肉的硬度;超低温冷疗对于运动前后肌肉弹性的影响不明显。Research objective:In order to study whether ultralow temperature cooling therapy can accelerate the recovery of fatigue,Myoton portable muscle state test technology was used as the research method.Methods:Sixteen ordinary schoolboys were invited as the experimental subjects,and the subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group for comparison.Subjects were induced muscle fatigue by leg movements in a sitting position.After exercise,the control group sat quietly for rest,while the experimental group received ultralow temperature and cold therapy intervention.Myoton muscle detector was used to test the muscle status indicators of the subjects,and JMP statistical software was used for data analysis to compare the influence of quiet rest and ultralow temperature cooling treatment on fatigue recovery,so as to draw a conclusion whether ultralow temperature cooling treatment can effectively alleviate or accelerate muscle fatigue recovery.Results:In this experiment,the rectus femoris of the right thigh was used as the test site.From the changes of oscillation frequency and dynamic hardness,it was concluded that ultralow temperature cooling therapy could effectively accelerate the muscle fatigue recovery.Conclusion:The effect of ultralow temperature cooling therapy on muscle fatigue is significant and rapid.
