摘 要:目的:运用Omega Wave机能评价系统对优秀男子散打运动员赛前训练阶段的身体机能及疲劳状态进行监控,了解赛前训练阶段的机能状态及疲劳特征。方法:以安徽男子散打队8名优秀运动员为研究对象,赛前训练阶段每周一上午在训练前及训练结束后使用Omega Wave机能评价系统连续监控3周,通过两个维度对测试结果进行分析诊断。结果:(1)男子散打运动员实战训练后SNNN、SDSD、RMSSD、TP值比训练前降低,且均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);HF比训练前下降,LF比训练前增加,LF/HF比值较训练前升高且有显著性差异;训练后的迷走神经调节系统影响因数下降、交感神经调节系统影响因数增高、紧张度指数增高,且存在显著性差异(P<0.05);运动员训练后的应激指数、疲劳指数、适应能力储备指数均显著降低(P<0.05);(2)男子散打运动员赛前三周的Avag的变化随着训练进行而呈升高趋势,前两周变化幅度不大,在第三周达到最高,与第一周相比呈现显著性差异(P<0.05);Asym结果呈现下降趋势,与Avag呈相反的变化特点,在第三周时出现与第一周的显著性差异(P<0.05);整个过程中紧张度指数持续上升,在第三周达到较高水平,与第一周相比有显著性增高(P<0.05)。结论:(1)一堂模拟比赛以实战训练为主的训练课后,交感和迷走神经之间平衡关系失衡,运动员的生理机能刺激程度明显;(2)自主神经活动对长期运动训练具有一定的适应性;在连续三周强化实战的训练后,运动员出现运动性疲劳积累的趋势;(3)HRV作为训练过程中非创伤性的监控手段在评价运动员大负荷运动后的生理机能反应以及疲劳诊断上是一项非常有应用价值的指标。建议:利用此系统在不同训练手段以及不同训练阶段对运动员进行全面的跟踪监控。Objective:The Omega Wave function evaluation system was used to monitor the physical function and fatigue state of elite male sanda athletes in Anhui province in the pre-competition training stage,to understand the functional state and fatigue characteristics in the pre-competition training stage.Methods:This research takes 8 excellent athletes of Anhui Men’s sanda team as research objects,Omega Wave function evaluation system was used to continuously monitor and diagnose the test results in two dimensions every Monday morning before and after the training in the pre-competition training stage for 3 weeks.Results:1)The values of SNNN,SDSD,RMSSD,and TP in male sanda athletes after actual combat training were lower than those before training,and there are significant differences(P<0.05);2)Compared to pre-training,HF decreased,LF increased,and THE LF/HF ratio increased with a significant difference;After training,the influence factors of vagus nerve regulation system decreased,sympathetic nerve regulation system increased,tension index increased,and there were significant differences(p<0.05);The stress index,fatigue index and adaptability reserve index of the tested athletes after training were significantly reduced(P<0.05);2)The change of Avag in male sanda players three weeks before the competition increased with the training,the change of Avag in the first and second weeks was not big,and reached the highest in the third week,showing a significant difference compared with the first week.Asym results showed opposite variation to Avag and showed a downward trend,with a significant difference from the first week in the third week(P<0.05);In the whole process,the tension index continued to rise and reached a high level in the third week,with a significant increase compared with the first week(P<0.05).Conclusions:After a training course based on actual combat,the balance between sympathetic and the vagus nerve is unbalanced,and the physiological function stimulation degree of athletes is obvious;2)Autonomic nerve ac
