摘  要:基于水火电力系统短期优化调度问题,考虑梯级水电站弃水制氢,提出一种梯级水电站水能最优利用调度策略。该策略计及网络潮流约束、电解槽制氢约束、水火电力系统传统约束等,同时考虑水流滞时对梯级水电站运行调度的影响,建立以火电站发电成本最小和梯级水电末级电站弃水总量最小为目标的多目标水火电力系统优化调度模型,在减少弃水的同时,电解水制氢,获得额外收益。最后,以IEEE-24节点系统为例,仿真结果表明,所提模型能有效减小火电煤耗量和水电弃水量,同时额外获得制氢收益,提高了水火发电互补运行的经济性。To solve the problem of short-term optimal scheduling of a hydro-thermal power system,an optimal scheduling strategy for cascaded hydropower stations is proposed considering hydrogen production from their water spillage.Under this strategy,some constraints are taken into account,including the power flow constraints,the constraints on hydrogen production from electrolyzers,and the traditional constraints on a hydro-thermal power system.At the same time,the influences of time delay of water flow on the operation and scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations are also considered.A multi-objective optimal scheduling model for a hydro-thermal power system is established,which aims to minimize the power generation cost of thermal power stations and minimize the total water spillage from the last cascaded hydropower station.In this way,the water spillage is reduced while acquiring the additional revenue owing to hydrogen production from water electrolysis.Finally,an IEEE 24-bus system is taken as an example,and simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the coal consumption by thermal power stations and the water spillage of hydropower stations while obtaining additional revenue owing to hydrogen production,thereby improving the economy of the complementary operation of hydropower and thermal power.
