摘  要:传统数字全息光学成像系统存在稳定性差,成像质量差、图像分辨低的缺陷,为了获得分辨高的图像,设计了基于振幅光栅的数字全息光学成像系统。首先分析数字全息光学成像系统的工作原理,获取衍射场分布情况和角谱分布结果,然后将时间相干度、空间相干度、空间带宽积作为成像必要条件,计算出成像系统的点扩散函数,并利用最小化差异函数提升光学系统成像分辨率,最后通过仿真实验测试了数字全息光学成像系统的性能,结果表明,系统的成像分辨率高,提升了数字全息光学成像效果。The traditional digital holographic optical imaging system has the defects of poor stability,poor imaging quality and low image resolution.In order to obtain image with high resolution,a digital holographic optical imaging system based on amplitude grating is designed.Firstly,the principle of digital holography optical imaging system is analyzed,and the diffraction field distribution and angular spectrum distribution results are obtained.Then,the temporal coherence,spatial coherence and spatial bandwidth product are taken as the necessary imaging conditions,and the point spread function of the imaging system is calculated.The imaging resolution of optical system is improved by using the minimum difference function,and the digital holography is tested by simulation experiments finally.The results show that the imaging resolution of this system is high and the imaging effect of digital holography is improved.
