摘  要:针对传统激光传输损耗特性分析方法,其激光束在远场的合束效率低,不能全面分析出光学镜面下传输损耗特性,且方法耗能较高的问题,提出激光合束技术下光学镜面激光传输损耗的特性分析方法。将各路光束合并成一束激光,射入至洁净的光学镜面内,产生极化电流,由于每一块镜面都存在大小不一的粗糙度,其粗糙度的存在致使了入射光生成辐射部分,出现在非镜面的散射方向位置上。而存在于镜面上的污染颗粒所引起的散射,利用米氏散射来表示,通过入射波和散射波,即可观察出射入光学镜面的激光传输损耗特性。经实验验证:洁净的光学镜面粗糙度小于入射波时,散射强度和粗糙度成正比,传输损耗较低。而污染镜面的散射强度和灰尘颗粒大小、个数相关,分布的越复杂,散射越明显,传输损耗越高。且相较于其他文献方法,所提方法的最高点耗能比3种文献方法的最高点耗能均值低15 W,耗能相对较低。In view of the traditional laser transmission loss characteristic analysis method,the laser beam combining efficiency in the far field is low,the transmission loss characteristics under the optical mirror cannot be comprehensively analyzed,and the method consumes a lot of energy.A characteristics analysis method of optical mirror laser transmission loss under laser beam combining technology is proposed.The beams of each channel are combined into a laser beam,which is injected into a clean optical mirror surface to generate a polarization current.Because each mirror surface has different sizes of roughness,the existence of roughness causes the incident light generating radiant portion in non-mirror scattering position.The scattering caused by pollution particles existing on mirror surface is expressed by Mie scattering,and the incident and scattered waves can be used to observe the transmission loss characteristics of laser light entering optical mirror surface.It is verified by the experiments that when the roughness of a clean optical mirror is smaller than the incident wave,the scattering intensity is proportional to the roughness,and the transmission loss is low.The scattering intensity of pollution mirror surface is related to the size and the number of dust particles.The more complex the distribution,the more obvious the scattering and the higher the transmission loss.Compared with other literature methods,the highest point energy consumption of the method in this paper is 15 w lower than the average energy consumption of that of the three literature methods,and the energy consumption is relatively low.
