摘  要:以不同含量的栗子壳和棉籽壳组成配方栽培灰树花(Grifola frondosa),以菌丝生长情况、成菇率、生物学效率、子实体多糖含量等为指标,研究不同栗子壳含量对灰树花综合农艺性状的影响。结果表明,配方为栗子壳30%、棉籽壳30%、锯末30%、麸皮8%、石灰1%、石膏1%时,灰树花菌丝生长较好,成菇率、子实体生物学效率及多糖含量最高,综合农艺性状表现最好。Grifola frondosa was cultivated with different contents of chestnut shell and cotton seed shell.The effects of different contents of chestnut shell on the comprehensive agronomic characteristics of G.frondosa were studied with the evaluation indexes such as the mycelial growth,the ratio of formation of fruiting body,biological efficiency and polysaccharide content of fruiting body.The results showed that the cultivation formulas was composed of 30%chestnut shell,30%cotton seed shell,30%sawdust,8%wheat bran,1%lime and 1%gypsum,the mycelia of G.frondosa grew better,and the rate of formation of fruiting body,the biological efficiency,the content of polysaccharide of fruiting body were the highest,the comprehensive agronomic characteristics were the best.
