摘  要:食用菌是一种营养价值较为丰富的食物,且热量较低,较适合做营养餐食。因其丰富的营养物质可以作为航空餐中的重要构成,将食用菌开发成不同的餐食种类,以满足不同乘客的饮食需求;将食用菌产品应用于航空餐中,能进一步促进食用菌产品的多元化开发,也能够促进航空餐种类的丰富。在分析食用菌产品在航空餐中的应用时,从食用菌的营养价值出发,基于航空餐的具体要求对食用菌产品的开发策略进行了深入探讨。Edible fungi is a kind of food with rich nutritional value and low calorie,which is more suitable as a nutritious meal.Because its rich nutrients can promote human health,it can be used as an important component in aviation meal,and edible fungi can be developed into different types of meals to meet the dietary needs of different passengers.The application of edible fungi food to aviation meal can promote the diversified development of edible fungi products,and can also promote the further enrichment of aviation meal types.When analyzing the application of edible fungi products in aviation meal,the development strategy of edible fungi products were discussed based on the specific requirements of edible fungi and the specific requirements of aviation meal.
