摘 要:随着绿色生态概念深入人心,食用菌作为绿色农业得到了极大的发展。大部分农民以食用菌栽培为主促进了地方经济的发展,也增加了菇农的日常收益。农业生产中获得的多项技术优势,但实际运用到农业生产中仍然需要做出改进,这在食用菌产业发展中也尤为明显。通过研究食用菌栽培生产成本,分析菇农收入的影响因素,以期为菇农提高更多收益。As a large agricultural development country,edible fungi play an important role in agricultural development.With the concept of environmental protection put forward,edible fungi as a green agricultural planting has achieved great economic development.In order to promote the daily income of mushroom farmers,promote the local economy,strengthen agricultural technology,and promote the development of various factors affecting the income of mushroom farmers,such as production mode and production structure.Although China has obtained many technical advantages in agricultural production,but the practical application of research results to agricultural production still needs to be improved,which is particularly obvious in the development of edible mushroom industry.By studying the production cost of mushroom cultivation and analyzing the influencing factors of mushroom farmers’income,it hope to increase more income for mushroom farmers.
