摘　　要：目的探讨带胶垫一次性包皮切割吻合器在包皮环切术中的应用效果及康复护理技巧。方法 116例使用一次性包皮环切割吻合器行包皮环切术的患者,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组58例。实验组使用带胶垫一次性包皮环切吻合器及康复护理,对照组使用无胶垫一次性包皮环切吻合器。比较两组患者术后48 h出血情况、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、吻合钉残留情况及回访情况。结果实验组患者术后48 h出血率及NRS评分别为3.4%、(2.50±0.07)分,均低于对照组的20.7%、(6.21±0.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后30 d内吻合钉残留率0及回访率3.4%均低于对照组的17.2%、25.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用带胶垫一次性包皮切割吻合器行包皮环切术配合适当康复护理可提高患者术后舒适度,减少并发症发生,促进康复。Objective To discuss the application and rehabilitation nursing of disposable circumcision stapler with rubber pad in circumcision. Methods A total of 116 patients undergoing circumcision with disposable circumcision stapler were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table, with 58 cases in each group. The experimental group underwent disposable circumcision stapler with rubber pad, and the control group underwent disposable circumcision stapler without rubber pad. The postoperative 48 h bleeding, numeral rating scale(NRS) score, staple residue and return visits were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding rate in postoperative 48 h and NRS score of the experimental group was 3.4% and(2.50±0.07) points, which was lower than that of the control group 20.7% and(6.21±0.11) points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The residual rate of staples 0 and the return visit rate 3.4% in postoperative 30 d of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group 17.2% and 25.9%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of disposable circumcision stapler with rubber pad for circumcision and proper nursing can improve the postoperative comfort, reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.
