茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床效果。方法 374例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组187例。对照组患儿采用单纯蓝光进行治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用茵栀黄颗粒进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、治疗前后血清总胆红素水平、黄疸消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.86%,高于对照组的87.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿血清总胆红素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清总胆红素水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿黄疸消退时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率为13.37%,低于对照组的31.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿病理性黄疸采用茵栀黄颗粒进行治疗,能够大大降低患儿血清总胆红素水平,并且黄疸消退时间也明显加快,对比常规蓝光治疗,其治疗效果更高,不良反应发生率更低,能够有效作用于临床新生儿病理性黄疸的治疗中,值得广泛推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang granule in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods A total of 374 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 187 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pure blue light,while the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,serum total bilirubin level before and after treatment,disappearance time of jaundice and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.86%,which was higher than that of the control group 87.17%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum total bilirubin level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum total bilirubin level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of jaundice of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 13.37%,which was lower than that of the control group 31.02%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,Yinzhihuang granules can greatly reduce the serum total bilirubin level in children,and shorten disappearance of jaundice.Compared with conventional blue light therapy,its therapeutic effect is better and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.It can be effectively used in the treatment of clinical neonatal pathological jaundice,and it is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
