摘　　要：目的探讨乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者的临床乙肝五项检验结果。方法选择100例乙肝患者作为研究对象,所有患者均实施临床乙肝五项[乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎表面抗体(抗HBs)、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎e抗体(抗-HBe)、乙型肝炎核心抗体(抗-HBc)]检验,均运用化学发光法检测,分析其检测结果。结果 100例患者中, HBsAg阳性率为93.00%,抗-HBs阳性率为16.00%, HBeAg阳性率为35.00%,抗-HBe阳性率为25.00%,抗-HBc阳性率为79.00%。93例HBsAg阳性患者中,年龄<20岁患者4例,占比为4.30%;年龄20~29岁患者14例,占比为15.05%;年龄30~39岁患者32例,占比为34.41%;年龄40~49岁患者14例,占比为15.05%;年龄50~59岁患者27例,占比为29.03%;年龄≥60岁患者2例,占比为2.15%。结论通过分析临床乙肝五项检验结果可以有效分析乙肝患者的感染类型,以诊断乙肝疾病,有重要作用价值。Objective To discuss the results of hepatitis B five items in patients with hepatitis B.Methods There were 100 patients with hepatitis B as study subjects,and all implemented hepatitis B five items[hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen(anti-HBs),hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg),antibody to hepatitis B e antigen(anti HBe),antibody to hepatitis B core antigen(anti HBc)]tests were all detected by chemiluminescence method,and the test results were compared and analyzed.Results Among 100 patients,the positive rate of HBsAg was 93.00%,the positive rate of anti-HBs was 16.00%,the positive rate of HBeAg was 35.00%,the positive rate of anti-HBe was 25.00%,and the positive rate of antiHBc was 79.00%.Among 93 HBsAg-positive patients,4 patients aged<20 years old,accounting for 4.30%;14 patients aged 20-29 years old,accounting for 15.05%;32 patients aged 30-39 years old,accounting for 34.41%;14 patients aged 40-49 years old,accounting for 15.05%;27 patients aged 50-59 years old,accounting for 29.03%;2 patients aged≥60 years old,accounting for 2.15%.Conclusion By analyzing the results of hepatitis B five items,the type of infection in hepatitis B patients can be effectively analyzed,which has important value.
