自拟屏风固表汤治疗小儿多汗症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究小儿多汗症通过自拟屏风固表汤治疗的效果。方法 64例多汗症患儿,采用随机法分为参照组与研究组,每组32例。参照组采用谷维素片治疗,研究组采用自拟屏风固表汤治疗。比较两组患儿临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿总有效率为96.88%,高于参照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应发生率为3.13%,低于参照组的18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自拟屏风固表汤治疗小儿多汗症比谷维素片的作用更佳,对于改善患儿多汗症状,提高临床用药安全性等有十分重要的意义。Objective To study the effect of Pingfeng Gubiao decoction in the treatment of infantile hyperhidrosis.Methods A total of 64 hyperhidrosis infants were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oryzanol tablets,and the research group was treated with self-made Pingfeng Gubiao decoction.The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 96.88%,which was higher than that of the control group 81.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 3.13%,which was lower than that of the control group 18.75%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Pingfeng Gubiao decoction is more effective than oryzanol tablets in treating infantile hyperhidrosis.It is of great significance for improving the symptoms of hyperhidrosis and improving the safety of clinical medication.
