恶性肿瘤患者临床化疗的全方位护理疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究恶性肿瘤患者临床化疗全方位护理的临床效果。方法 88例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序依次编号,将单数号设置为对照组,双数号设置为观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用全方位护理。对比两组患者护理后疼痛改善程度、心理状况和生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(1.74±0.35)分,低于对照组的(3.65±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,对照组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(42.67±8.15)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(38.93±5.48)分,观察组患者的SAS评分为(35.62±6.34)分, SDS评分为(32.41±3.62)分;观察组患者的SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分为(85.43±5.16)分,高于对照组的(67.41±5.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤患者的临床化疗中应用全方位护理能够有效改善患者的疼痛,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高其生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing of clinical chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumors.Methods A total of 88 patients with malignant tumors as study subjects were divided into control group(odd number)and observation group(even number)according to the order of admission,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The pain improvement,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was(1.74±0.35)points,which was lower than(3.65±0.89)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the control group was(42.67±8.15)points and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score was(38.93±5.48)points,which were(35.62±6.34)and(32.41±3.62)points of the observation group.SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was(85.43±5.16)points,which was higher than(67.41±5.15)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing in the clinical chemotherapy of patients with malignant tumors can effectively improve their pain,relieve their anxiety,depression and other unhealthy emotions,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
