摘  要:多数纺织品为纤维制品,具有易燃性,遇明火易引发火灾,严重威胁生产、生活和生命安全。对纤维素纺织产品进行阻燃整理能够有效提升织物的阻燃性能,降低纺织物带来的火灾威胁。分析纺织物受热时发生的物理化学变化,阐述纺织产品纤维的阻燃机理。总结了纤维素类纺织产品的种类(如阻燃聚丙烯腈纤维、阻燃耐高温纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维、阻燃涤纶纤维、阻燃锦纶纤维、阻燃维纶纤维)、阻燃性能和发展现状。Most of the textiles are fiber products,which are inflammable and easy to cause fire in case of open fire,which seriously threatens production,life and life safety.The flame retardant finishing of cellulose textile products can effectively improve the flame retardant performance of the fabric and reduce the fire threat caused by the textile.The physical and chemical changes of textiles when heated is analyzed,the mechanism of flame retardancy of textile fibers is expounded.The types of cellulose textile products(such as flame retardant polyacrylonitrile fiber,flame retardant high temperature fiber,flame retardant viscose fiber,flame retardant polyester fiber,flame retardant nylon fiber,flame retardant vinylon fiber),flame retardant performance and development status are summarized.
