摘　　要：以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)与二乙胺(DEA)反应合成的亲水单体(EGDEA)作为阳离子扩链剂,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与聚丙二醇(PPG-1000)作为反应单体,甲乙酮肟作为封端剂,乙酸作为中和剂,成功合成了一种阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂(ACPU)。采用控制变量法优化了合成工艺:IPDI与PPG-1000物质的量比2.0,EGDEA用量7%(对单体总质量),中和度100%。将ACPU应用于活性染料染色棉织物固色,结果表明:在ACPU用量为4%(omf)、浴比为1∶30、160℃焙烘120 s的工艺条件下,固色棉织物的耐干摩擦色牢度、耐湿摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度分别提高0~0.5、0.5~1.0、0.5~1.0级,且对色光影响小。A cationic waterborne polyurethane fixation agent(ACPU)was successfully synthesized by using hydrophilic monomer(EGDEA)prepared from ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE)and diethylamine(DEA)as cationic chain extender,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and poly propylene glycol(PPG-1000)as monomers,methyl ethyl ketone oxime as blocking agent,and acetic acid as neutralizers.The synthetic process was optimized by controlling variable method as follows:the molar ratio of IPDI to PPG-10002.0,EGDEA dosage 7%(on the total mass of the monomers),neutralization degree 100%.ACPU was applied to the fixation of cotton fabric dyed with reactive dyes.The results showed that under the conditions of fixation agent ACPU dosage 4%(omf),bath ratio 1∶30,baked at 160℃for 120 s,the color fastness to dry rubbing,wet rubbing and soaping of cotton fabric after fixation increased 0~0.5,0.5~1.0 and 0.5~1.0 grade,respectively,while the fixation agent had little effect on hue.
