摘 要:探讨了黄连素对棉织物的优化染色工艺与染色棉织物的抗紫外和抗菌性能。优化染色工艺为:pH 8、染色温度70℃、黄连素用量2%(omf),此时K/S值达1.831,染料吸附量达3.161 g/kg,UPF值大于30,UVA透射率低至0.889%,对大肠杆菌与肺炎杆菌的抗菌率高于67%,洗涤10次后对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与肺炎杆菌的抗菌率也高于20%,染色棉织物具备良好的抗紫外与抗菌性能。The optimal dyeing process of cotton fabrics with berberine and the anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial properties of dyed fabric were studied.The optimal dyeing process was as follows:pH 8,dyeing temperature 70℃,berberine dosage 2%(omf).At this time,K/S value could reach 1.831,dye adsorption capacity could reach 3.161 g/kg,UPF value could reach more than 30,and the transmissivity of UVA could be as low as 0.889%.The antibacterial rate of E.coli and p.pneumoniae was higher than 67%,and the antibacterial rate of E.coli,S.aureus and p.pneumoniae after 10 times of washing was also above 20%,which showed that the dyed fabric had good anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial properties.
