研究生学术道德发展的特点分析——基于皮亚杰道德发展阶段理论

摘　　要：加强高等院校的学风建设,提高研究生的学术道德水平以规避学术不端行为,对提高我国高等教育的教学效果和创新科研发展有重要意义。借鉴皮亚杰道德发展阶段理论,研究生的学术道德发展是一个在学术研究的不断深入中逐渐构建个人学术道德观点的渐进过程。因此,应针对研究生学术道德发展的阶段性特点提出可行性对策,即提升研究生自律意识和完善他律机制建设,借助外部力量实现研究生学术道德由他律转向自律,以期促进研究生的学术规范建设。Strengthening the study style construction of colleges and universities,and effectively improving the academic ethics of graduate students to avoid academic misconduct,is of great significance to improving the teaching effect of higher education in China and the development of innovative scientific research.This paper draws on Piaget’s moral development stage to analyze graduate students’ academic moral development,and proposes feasible countermeasures for this issue based on its staged characteristics,that is,to enhance graduate students’ self-discipline awareness and develop discipline mechanisms.With the help of external forces to discipline students’ academic behaviors and in return to improve their self-discipline,academic standards for graduate students is expected to be developed.
