摘 要:目的:研究自主创新摄影体位对颈椎保守治疗前后生理曲度疗效的评估价值。方法:选择临床确诊为颈椎病且参与牵引及保健操疗法12个月以上的志愿者135例,治疗前后均行自然位和常规体位的X线摄影检查,其中自然位只摄颈椎侧位片。弦弧距及C2~C7 Cobb角均改善列为生理曲度有效改善。结果:治疗前,常规组测量的C2~C7 Cobb角值较自然位组大:治疗后,自然位组C2~C7 Cobb角增加幅度较常规组大:治疗后,弦弧距呈增大趋势;自然位组对于颈椎生理曲度评估有效率为54.8%,常规组为41.5%。结论:颈椎自然位X线侧位片对颈椎保守治疗前后生理曲度疗效的评估较常规体位更确切。Purpose:To study the value of natural position X-ray in evaluating physiology curvature of cervical vertebra before and after conservative treatment.Methods:A total 135 participants diagnosed with cervical disease were involved in study,and all of them received traction and exercise therapy for more than 12 months.The natural and conventional position X-ray photography were performed before and after treatment,and natural position was only for lateral view.String arc distance and C2-7 Cobb angle were recognized as effective improvement of physiological curvature.Results:Before treatment,the C2-7 Cobb angle of conventional group was bigger than that of natural group;After treatment,the C2-7 Cobb angle of natural group was larger than that of normal group;The string arc distance was increased obviously after treatment;The effective rate of natural position for evaluation of cervical physiological curvature was 54.8%,and that of conventional position was 41.5%.Conclusion:Natural position X-ray has more accurate in evaluating physiology curvature of cervical vertebra before and after conservative treatment than conventional position.
