基于腹泻模型药效学试验的白术饮片等级研究

摘　　要：目的:通过药效学试验对白术不同等级饮片进行质量评价,为传统白术饮片等级划分提供实验依据。方法:根据传统分级方法,结合饮片颜色、大小、厚度、气味等外观性状,将白术生品饮片分为三个等级,采用番泻叶"苦寒泻下"法,建立小鼠腹泻病理模型,研究白术不同等级饮片对小鼠腹泻模型的改善作用。结果:与模型组比较,白术不同等级给药组对小鼠肠推进率、体质量、脾脏指数的影响均有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明白术不同等级饮片对小鼠腹泻模型均具有良好的改善作用。同时,一级饮片对小鼠腹泻模型的改善作用优于二级、三级饮片(P<0.05),且二级、三级饮片的药效作用无显著性差异(P>0.05),可将二级、三级饮片合并为一个等级。结论:基于小鼠腹泻模型进行白术生品饮片的等级研究,方法可行,结果为饮片等级质量评价及临床应用提供新的科学依据。In this study we evaluated the quality of Atractylodes macrocephala decoction pieces of different grades by pharmacodynamic test,so as to provide experimental basis for the grading of traditional Chinese herbal decoction pieces. Based on the traditional grading method,the Atractylodes macrocephala decoction pieces were divided into three grades according to their color,size,thickness,smell and other appearance characteristics. Folium Sennae was used to establish the pathological model of diarrhea in mice,so as to evaluate the effect of Atractylodes macrocephala decoction pieces of different grades on the diarrhea model. Compared with the model group,Atractylodes macrocephala decoction pieces of all grades had significant influences on the intestinal propulsion rate,body mass and spleen index of mice(P<0.05),indicating that Atractylodes macrocephala decoction pieces of all grades had good effect on the diarrhea model. The improvement effect of the first-grade decoction pieces was better than that of the second-and the third-grade decoction pieces(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the effect of the second-and the third-grade decoction pieces(P>0.05). Therefore the second-and the third-grade should be merged into one grade. The research method in this study has been proven feasible,and the results have provided new scientific basis for the quality assessment and clinical application of herbal decoction pieces.
