摘　　要：目的研究分析脑瘫患者术后采用肉毒毒素局部注射并结合康复的治疗效果。方法前瞻性选择2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的30例下肢痉挛性脑瘫术后存在残余痉挛的患者,按家长是否同意行肉毒毒素治疗分为治疗组与对照组各15例,对照组采用常规术后康复治疗,治疗组则采取肉毒毒素局部注射结合常规术后康复的治疗方法。分别于治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月对两组患者进行MAS、CSI和GFMCS评估,并进行组间统计学分析。结果治疗组在治疗后1、3、6个月的MAS、CSI、GMFCS评分均较对照组差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论局部注射肉毒毒素结合康复治疗应用于脑瘫术后下肢痉挛患者效果显著,能更好促进功能康复,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of localization injection of botulinum toxin combined with rehabilitation in postoperative residual spasticity of patients with cerebral palsy.Methods 30 patients with residual spasticity after operation of spastic cerebral palsy of lower extremities treated in our hospital from Jan.2018 to Dec.2018 were prospectively selected.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group(15 cases in each group)based on whether the parents agreed to botulinum toxin treatment or not.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation treatment only,and the treatment group was treated with localization injection of botulinum toxin plus routine postoperative rehabilitation.The two groups were evaluated for MAS,CSI,and GMFCS after 1 month,3 months,and 6 months of treatment.Statistically comparisons were carried out between the two groups.Result The MAS,CSI,and GMFCS scores at 1,3,and 6 months were significantly different between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Localization injection of botulinum toxin combined with rehabilitation therapy has a significant efficacy on patients with residual spasticity after operation for cerebral palsy of lower limbs,which can promote functional rehabilitation better,of clinical value.
