荷术饮联合达格列净治疗对糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨荷术饮联合达格列净治疗对糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与β细胞功能的影响。方法将2017年9月至2019年9月收治的糖尿病患者60例按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例,对照组接受达格列净治疗,研究组接受荷术饮联合达格列净治疗,分析两组患者的血脂、血糖、炎症反应以及β细胞功能改善情况。结果研究组患者FPG(6.3±1.1)mmol/L、2hPG(8.8±1.7)mmol/L以及HbA1c(6.4±1.1)%,对照组患者FPG(7.8±1.1)mmol/L、2hPG(11.3±1.6)mmol/L以及HbA1c(7.6±1.3)%,研究组均低于对照组(t=14.252、13.252、11.234,均P<0.05);研究组患者IL-1β(8.1±0.4)ng/L、TNF-α(26.3±3.5)ng/L以及hs-CRP(3.5±0.3)mg/L,对照组患者IL-1β(10.2±1.4)ng/L、TNF-α(37.2±4.2)ng/L以及hs-CRP(4.9±0.4)mg/L,研究组均低于对照组(t=11.353、12.544、15.254,均P<0.05);研究组患者HDL-C高于对照组[(1.8±0.4)mmol/L比(1.5±0.3)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(t=14.232,P<0.05);研究组TC(4.2±0.7)mmol/L、TG(1.8±0.6)mmol/L以及LDL-C(3.1±0.6)mmol/L,对照组TC(5.4±0.6)mmol/L、TG(2.7±0.6)mmol/L以及LDL-C(3.7±0.4)mmol/L,研究组均低于对照组(t=13.243、15.243、14.256,均P<0.05);研究组HOMA-IR低于对照组[(3.2±0.7)比(4.2±0.7)],差异有统计学意义(t=13.522,P<0.05),研究组HOMA-β高于对照组[(57.3±3.7)比(49.2±3.4)],差异有统计学意义(t=11.873,P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率均为6.7%(2/30),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于糖尿病患者采用荷术饮联合达格列净进行治疗,可使降糖、降脂效果明显提高,对于β细胞功能恢复可以起到促进作用,对于患者机体炎症状态可以起到改善作用,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Hezhuyin combined with dapagliflozin on glycated hemoglobin andβ-cell function in diabetic patients.Methods According to the random number table,60 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received dapagliflozin treatment,and the study group received Hezhuyin combined with dapagliflozin treatment.The improvement of blood lipid,blood glucose,inflammatory response,andβ-cell function in the two groups were analyzed.Results The levels of FPG[(6.3±1.1)mmol/L],2hPG[(8.8±1.7)mmol/L],and HbA1c[(6.4±1.1)%]in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(7.8±1.1)mmol/L,(11.3±1.6)mmol/L,(7.6±1.3)%](t=14.252,13.252,11.234;all P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β(8.1±0.4)ng/L,TNF-α(26.3±3.5)ng/L,and hs-CRP(3.5±0.3)mg/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(10.2±1.4)ng/L,(37.2±4.2)ng/L,(4.9±0.4)mg/L](t=11.353,12.544,15.254;all P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in the study group was higher than that in the control group[(1.8±0.4)mmol/L vs.(1.5±0.3)mmol/L](t=14.232,P<0.05);the levels of TC(4.2±0.7)mmol/L,TG(1.8±0.6)mmol/L,and LDL-C(3.1±0.6)mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(5.4±0.6)mmol/L,(2.7±0.6)mmol/L,(3.7±0.4)mmol/L](t=13.243,15.243,14.256;all P<0.05).HOMA-IR in the study group was lower than that in the control group[(3.2±0.7)vs.(4.2±0.7)](t=13.522,P<0.05),HOMA-βin the study group was higher than that in the control group[(57.3±3.7)vs.(49.2±3.4)](t=11.873,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group[6.7%(2/30)vs.6.7%(2/30)](P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes,the use of Hezhuyin combined with dapagliflozin can significantly improve the effect of reducing blood glucose and lipids,promote the recovery ofβ-cell function,and improve the inflammation status of patients,worthy of fu
