摘　　要：中心静脉穿刺置管技术是重症监护病房最常见的操作之一。传统的体表标志定位技术穿刺成功率低,并发症发生率高。应用超声引导技术选择腋静脉穿刺置管,获得了更高的穿刺成功率和更低的并发生发生率。本文就超声引导下腋静脉穿刺置管进行综述,以期为临床医生选择适合自己的超声引导技术及穿刺部位提供参考。Central venous catheter placement is one of the most common operations in intensive care unit.Traditional landmark technique has a low puncture success rate and a high incidence of complications.The choice of ultrasound-guided axillary vein catheterization technique has resulted in a higher puncture success rate and a lower incidence of complications.This article reviews the ultrasound-guided axillary vein catheterization,with a view to provide a reference for clinicians to choose the appropriate ultrasound guidance technology and puncture site.
