摘　　要：探究传染病医院的平战结合智慧管理模式创新路径。方法 :比对传染病医院和综合医院的门诊人次、住院人次、业务收入及财政支持各方面的差异。结果:传染病医院与综合医院在各方面存在显著差异,所以,在管理模式上不能沿用综合医院的管理体制,需要针对传染病医院的特点,建立契合传染病医院需求的管理模式。结论:走"平战结合"的发展道路,以公共卫生政策为立足点,实现资源的集中整合,将传染病防治摆在首位,综合业务作为日常管理重点,实现传染病医院的可持续发展。To explore the innovation path of the intelligence management mode of the combination of peacetime and wartime in infectious disease hospital.Methods:To compare the difference of outpatient,inpatient,business income and financial support between infectious disease hospital and general hospital.Results:There are significant differences between infectious disease hospitals and general hospitals in all aspects.Therefore,the management system of general hospitals cannot be used by infectious disease hospitals in the management mode.It is necessary to establish a management mode that meets the needs of infectious disease hospitals according to the characteristics of infectious disease hospitals.Conclusion:Taking the development road of"peace and war combination",taking the public health policy as the foothold,realizing the centralized integration of resources,putting the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the first place,taking the comprehensive business as the key point of daily management,and realizing the sustainable development of infectious disease hospitals.
