摘 要:增材制造(AM)是基于数字化的先进设计与制造技术,在海绵城市透水铺装结构的设计、优化与直接成型领域有广泛应用潜力。本文基于熔融沉积制造(FDM)增材制造技术设计成形出一种新型透水导流模块化结构,通过实验确定了最优成型工艺参数,进而研究了透水孔形状、孔径和孔壁厚度对零件透水性能和力学性能的影响规律。上述研究为推进增材制造技术在建筑及其相关领域的实际应用提供了一些理论借鉴。Additive manufacturing(AM) is an advanced design and manufacturing technology based on digitization, which has a wide potential application in the field of design, optimization and direct forming of permeable pavement structures in the sponge city. In this paper, a new type of infiltrate runner-structure module is designed and manufactured based on FDM technology. The optimal forming process parameters are determined through experiments, and then the influence law of the shape, aperture and wall thickness of the permeable hole on the permeable property and mechanical property of parts is studied. The above research provides some theoretical references for promoting the practical application of additive manufacturing technology in architecture and related fields.
