摘　　要：目的对新疆某三级综合医院急诊科住院日有效性进行回顾性研究,预测可缩短的平均住院日、分析无效住院日产生原因。方法选择某院急诊科重点监测病种:肺炎、急性阑尾炎、急性胰腺炎、慢阻肺急性加重、不稳定性心绞痛作为研究对象,尝试利用入院及住院日有效性评价方案进行分析。结果无效住院日最多的病种是慢阻肺急性加重,实验室检查回执不及时是某院急诊科无效住院日产生的主要原因。结论入院及住院日有效性评价方案最优应用科室为急诊科,某院急诊科无效住院日发生率低于国内同级医院,低水平无效住院日能产生更高的经济效益,获得更好的社会收益。Objective Retrospective study on the effectiveness of length of stay in the emergency department of a tertiary class A general hospital in Xinjiang was carried out to predict the shortened average length of stay and analyze the causes of invalid length of stay.Methods The key monitoring diseases in the emergency department of a hospital,such as pneumonia,acute appendicitis,acute pancreatitis,acute exacerbation of COPD and unstable angina pectoris,were selected as the research objects,and the effectiveness evaluation scheme of admission and hospitalization days was tried to analyze.Results The main disease of invalid hospitalization days was the acute exacerbation of COPD,and the main cause was untimely receipt of laboratory examination.Conclusion The best department to evaluate the effectiveness of admission and length of stay is the emergency department.The incidence of invalid length of stay in the emergency department of a hospital is lower than that of the same level hospitals in China.The low level of invalid length of stay can produce higher economic benefits and obtain better social benefits.
