摘　　要：结合南海区域军队保障任务的变化趋势和发展要求,重点围绕南沙岛礁医院运行中的难点进行分析,通过深入系统分析,提出加强抽组医疗队救治能力、加强岛礁医院设备管理和维护、加强南沙岛礁医院药品和器材管理、加强岛礁区域联合体和信息化建设等具体举措,为有效增强南沙驻礁官兵预防救治能力和水平提供参考。Combined with the changing trend and development requirements of military support tasks in the South China Sea region,this paper focuses on the analysis of difficulties in the operation of Nansha Island and reef hospital.Through in-depth and systematic analysis,it puts forward specific measures such as strengthening the rescue capacity of medical teams,reinforcing the equipment management and maintenance of the island and reef hospital,improving the management of drugs and equipment in Nansha Island and reef hospital,consolidating the island and reef regional consortium and information construction,to effectively enhance prevention and treatment ability of Nansha reef officers and soldiers.
