摘　　要：目的探讨公立医院党务工作队伍专业化职业化建设内涵、现状以及措施。方法通过文献归纳界定内涵与内容,以随机调研访谈对上海市六家公立医院45位党务工作人员进行调查分析。结果公立医院党务工作队伍专业化职业化建设包括机构设置、人员构成、选人用人、培训学习、绩效奖惩、晋升晋级、职业规划、自身培养等;普遍存在人员配备不足、培训机制缺乏、职业压力大等问题。结论加强党务工作队伍培养,提升专业化水平与职业化素养,是推进医院党建工作进步的重要抓手。Objective To discuss the connotation,status quo and measures of the construction of specialized and professional party-affair talent team in public hospitals.Methods The connotation and content are defined by literature review.45 party-affair workers in six public hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by random interviews.Results The specialized and professional construction involves organization setup,personnel composition,employment,training,rewards and punishments,promotion,career planning,self-improvement,and so on.Conclusion Strengthening the fostering of the party-affair talent team,improving the level of specialization and professionalism are inevitable requirements of strengthening the Party building in public hospitals in the new era.
