警察被害特点及解决路径研究

摘　　要：警察是打击违法犯罪、维护社会治安的中坚力量,同时又是直面违法犯罪、接触社会黑暗面较多的职业群体,现实中成为易被害群体。警察被害具有暴力袭警案件多发,线下袭警、线上辱警,超负荷工作等特点。警察被害会造成诸多负面效应,不仅有损警察执法权威、破坏警民关系,也会造成对警察自身生理和心理上的伤害,挫伤警察工作的积极性。完善法律法规、增设袭警罪、掌握涉警舆情话语权、提升警察执法权威,是解决警察被害问题的有效路径。The police are the backbone of fighting crime and maintaining public order.At the same time,the police are a professional group that directly faces crime and has more exposure to the dark side of society,so in reality,they often become vulnerable groups.Police’s being hurt have the characteristics of frequent violent assault cases,offline assault,online humiliation and overload work.Police’s being hurt will cause many negative effects,which will not only damage the police's law enforcement authority and destroy the relationship between the police and the people,but also cause physical and psychological harm to the police themselves and dampen the enthusiasm of the police.Improving laws and regulations,adding crimes of assaulting police,grasping the voice of police-related public opinion and enhancing the authority of police law enforcement are effective ways to solve the problem of police’s being hurt.
