摘 要:我国饲料总产量连续多年位居世界第一,但行业大而不强的问题一直没有得到很好的解决。原因之一是我国饲料行业因其工作环境、收入待遇等问题,难以吸引到人才。我国的教育系统一直希望模仿德国,即在高中开始对学生进行通识教育和职业教育,因此建立了大量的高职学校。从理论上说,饲料行业和高职学生对接,是一个双赢的解决方法,饲料行业获得新鲜血液,引入新的管理知识和技术知识,高职学生也获得就业机会,但现状是饲料行业和高职学生互相看不上眼,然而这种情况意味着机会,只是需要企业和学校双方都找到合适的应对策略。The production of feedstuff in our country has been the Top1 since 2010. However,the feedstuff industry in our country is large but not strong. One of the reason is that the industry can’t attract the young talents,because of the working environment and income. The education in our country has always mimic that in Germany,after high school,the education diverges into two tributaries,professional education and vocational education. Therefore there are a lot of vocational schools in our country and every year there are a large number of graduates from vocational schools. Theoretically,it is a win-win solution that higher vocational school students enter feedstuff enterprises. The feedstuff enterprises have good human resources with new technologies and management,the vocational students get employment. Feedstuff enterprises and higher vocational students look down upon each other. The unsatisfactory reality means opportunities,as long as feedstuff enterprises and higher vocational schools find the correct strategies.
