摘　　要：目的探讨腔内高负压冲洗引流治疗深部组织感染的临床效果。方法对南昌大学第三附属医院2014年1月至2018年1月采用腔内高负压冲洗引流治疗的8例深部组织感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中直肠损伤1例,坏死性筋膜炎1例,直肠肛门周围脓肿6例。结果8例患者均引流成功,预后良好。结论腔内高负压冲洗引流治疗深部组织感染,实现了脓腔内充分减压及冲洗,引流后症状缓解明显,恢复效果满意,具有积极的治疗价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intracavitary high negative pressure flushing and drainage on deep tissue infection.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 8 patients with deep tissue infection who underwent intracavitary high negative pressure flushing and drainage in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2014 to January 2018,including 1 case of rectal injury,1 case of necrotizing fasciitis and 6 cases of perianorectal abscess.Results The drainage was successfully completed and favourable prognosis was achieved in all the 8 patients.Conclusion Intracavitary high negative pressure flushing and drainage leads to sufficient decompression and flushing,relieves symptoms and allows satisfactory recovery in the treatment of deep tissue infection.
