摘 要:氧化器急冷段是甲醛生产过程中的关键设备,由于生产工艺需要,急冷段换热管入口处介质温度高达650℃,汽相区管段长期处于高温环境,换热管在持续剧烈的气蚀作用下,往往投运2~3年就容易发生泄漏或断裂,导致整台设备损坏报废,造成生产停机,极大的降低了生产效率。本文对某项目甲醛氧化器急冷段换热管泄漏进行原因分析,为提高设备使用寿命,从水动力循环、流场和结构等方面进行优化改进,消除换热管气蚀,改善换热,从而显著提高设备经济性和寿命。The quenching section of the oxidizer is the key equipment in the production of formaldehyde.Due to the production process,the temperature of the medium at the inlet of the heat exchange tubes in the quenching section is as high as 650℃,and the tube section in the vapor phase area is in a high temperature environment for a long time.Under the continuous and violent cavitation effect,the heat exchange tubes are prone to leak or fracture after operation for 2~3 years,causing the entire equipment to be damaged and scrapped,resulting in production downtime and greatly reducing production efficiency.This article analyzes the causes of the heat exchange tube leakage in the quenching section of a formaldehyde oxidizer.In order to improve the service life of the equipment,optimization and improvement are made in the aspects of hydrodynamic circulation,flow field and structure to eliminate the cavitation of tubes and improve heat exchange,so as to improve equipment economics and service life of the equipment significantly.
