摘 要:为解决科普场馆展品控制电路混杂、标准不一,以及维护不便的问题,设计一种基于STM32的展品通用控制系统。利用PC847对数字信号进行采集,利用LM358对模拟信号进行采集,利用HCPL-0631对正交编码器脉冲进行采集,信号经过STM32微控制器处理,通过MMBT4403三极管驱动继电器,通过SP3232串口芯片与上位机通信,通过CTM1051KAT与控制器局域网(controller area network,CAN)设备通信,通过74HC595控制数码管以指示系统的运行状态,同时采用74LVC4245对电平信号进行双向控制。应用结果表明:该系统满足科普场馆展品通用控制需求,功能齐全,运行稳定可靠,易于维护。The research aims to solve problems as the exhibit control system of the science and technology museum was mixed, the standards are different, and the maintenance is inconvenient. A general purpose control system based on STM32 was designed. The digital signal was collected by PC847, the analog signal was collected by LM358, the quadrature encoder pulse was collected by HCPL-0631, and the signal was processed by STM32 microcontroller. Then the MMBT4403 was used to control the relay, the SP3232 was used as the serial port chip to communicate with the host computer. Moreover, the CTM1051 KAT was used as the CAN module to communicate with CAN device,the 74 HC595 was used to control the digital tube to monitor running status of the device. At the same time, the 74 LVC4245 was used for bidirectional control of the level signal. The application results show that the system meets the general control requirement for exhibits in science and technology museum. It is stable, reliable and easy to maintain.
