摘　　要：目的:探讨麻醉专科护士培训体系的构建方法与实践效果。方法:2018年1-12月,将80名就职于麻醉专科护士、院内骨干轮转护士、其他医院麻醉科工作护士纳入研究构建麻醉专科护士培训体系并进行培训。分别于培训前后考核护理人员的核心能力、麻醉风险相关知识的掌握和胜任能力。结果:培训后麻醉专科护士的核心能力考核各条目的自我评分、麻醉风险相关知识评价总分及各条目评分、胜任力评价总分及各条目评分均明显高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论:针对麻醉专科护理人员进行系统的培训,能够明显提升护理人员的核心能力、风险意识、胜任能力,在提高麻醉专科医疗质量方面均具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the construction method and practice effects of training system for specialized anesthesia nurses.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,eighty nurses from department of anesthesiology,core rotating nurses and department of anesthesiology in other hospitals were selected,and the training system of specialized anesthesiology nurses was established and trained.Before and after training,the core competence,mastery of anesthesia risk related knowledge and competence of nursing staff were assessed.Results:After the training of specialized anesthesia nurses,the scores of each item in the assessment of core competence,anesthesia risk and competency were significantly higher than those before the training(P<0.01).Conclusions:Systematic training for nurses specialized in anesthesia can significantly improve their core competence,risk awareness and competence,which is of great significance in improving the medical quality of anesthesia specialty.
