摘　　要：信息无障碍是世界图书馆服务的宗旨,人工智能技术为公共图书馆服务带来了机遇与挑战,将其应用于公共图书馆信息无障碍服务之中,有利于人人平等、方便地获取和使用信息。梳理现有相关文献可知,信息无障碍服务是人工智能环境下公共图书馆的发展方向,信息无障碍服务文献资源、服务空间、辅助设备、服务方式都会走向智能化。实现信息无障碍服务智能化需要加大智能化建设投入,争取立法保护;更新服务理念,营造信息无障碍服务环境;创新服务手段,开展智能化特色活动,从而驱动公共图书馆不断向智能化方向迈进,进而推动中国图书馆事业的新发展。Information accessibility is the purpose of library service in the world.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology brings opportunities and challenges to public library service,applying it to the information accessibility service of public library is conducive to access to and use information equally and conveniently.Combing the existing related literature,it can be seen that information accessibility service is the development direction of public library under AI environment,and the literature resources,service space,auxiliary equipment and service mode of information accessibility service will be intelligent.To realize the intelligent of information accessibility service,we need to increase investment in intelligence construction,strive for legislative protection;update service concept,create information accessibility service environment;innovate service means and carry out intelligent characteristic activities.So as to drive the public library to the intelligent direction constantly,and then promote the new development of Chinese library cause.
