摘　　要：目的对比研究靶点穿刺与普通穿刺经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疼痛缓解程度的差异。方法将我院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者120例分为两组,每组60例,其中60例采用靶点穿刺经皮椎体成形术,60例经普通穿刺经皮椎体成形术。治疗前后采用视觉模拟痛疼评分(VAS)量表比较两组疼痛缓解程度。结果靶点穿刺治疗组疼痛缓解程度优于普通穿刺组(P<0.05)。结论靶点穿刺经皮椎体成形术可有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的疼痛程度。Objective Comparative study of the difference between target puncture and ordinary puncture percuta⁃neous vertebroplasty on the pain relief of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods The 120 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group,of which 60 cases underwent target puncture percutaneous vertebroplasty,and 60 cases underwent ordinary puncture percu⁃taneous vertebral body Plastic surgery.The visual analog pain score(VAS)scale was used to compare the pain relief be⁃tween the two groups before and after treatment.Results The degree of pain relief in the target puncture treatment group was better than that in the ordinary puncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Target puncture percutaneous vertebroplasty can effectively relieve pain in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
