中西医结合治疗普通型手足口病肺脾湿热的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察常规西医治疗联合甘露消毒丹加减灌肠治疗普通型手足口病肺脾湿热的临床疗效。方法选取在我院诊断为普通型手足口病肺脾湿热患儿120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规对症治疗联合利巴韦林抗病毒治疗,观察组在此基础上使用甘露消毒丹加减灌肠,比较两组患者临床疗效、肝功能[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)]及心肌酶谱[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBD)]的变化。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发热复常时间、皮疹消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前ALT、AST、TBIL、ALP水平无差异(P>0.05);同组治疗后ALT、AST、TBIL、ALP水平低于治疗前(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组ALT、AST水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CK、CK-MB、LDH、α-HBD水平无差异(P>0.05);同组治疗后CK、CK-MB、LDH、α-HBD低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清CK-MB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗普通型手足口病肺脾湿热的临床效果较好,能改善患者肝功能、保护心机细胞。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of routine western medicine combined with ganlu xiaodu micropills in the treatment of common hand,foot and mouth disease with lung and spleen damp heat.Methods 120 chil⁃dren with common hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with lung and spleen damp heat were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional symp⁃tomatic treatment and ribavirin.The observation group was treated with ganlu xiaodu micropills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL and ALP)and the changes of myocardial enzyme(CK,CK-MB,LDH andα-HBD)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fever return to normal time and rash disapperance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the lev⁃els of ALT,AST,TBIL,and ALP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment in the same group,ALT,AST,TBIL,and ALP were lower than before treatment(all P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the observation group all were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH andα-HBD before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);in the same group after treatment CK,CK-MB,LDH andα-HBD were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The serum CK-MB level of the ob⁃servation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganlu xiaodu micro⁃pills has a good clinical effect in the treatment of common hand,foot and mouth disease with lung and spleen damp heat,which can improve liver function and protect cardiac cells.
