摘 要:文章提出了多电平逆变器变频伏秒平衡优化控制方法.仿真结果表明:随着电平数目增加,输出波形阶梯也增多,降低了输出电压跳变幅度,因此,输出电压谐波含量较小,可接近目标调制波(大多是正弦波),功率开关器件在基频下开通关断,损耗小,效率高.由于多电平台阶合成阶梯波逼近正弦输出电压,使逆变器在较低的开关频率情况下就能满足输出电流谐波小的要求,解决了电流电压瞬间变化率过高等问题,容易实现均压优化控制策略及降低系统对功率器件的耐压等级等要求.对多功率器件的功率平衡控制,不需要升降压变压器和均压电路,只通过改变逆变器自身拓扑结构可实现中高压大功率输出.该控制方式具有电能转换效率高、抗电磁干扰以及输出电流谐波小等优点,可应用于高压直流输电及高压变频调速、高压无功功率自动补偿、电力系统有源滤波和高压大功率输出等场合.In this paper,an optimal variable-frequency volt-second balance control method for multilevel inverters is presented.The simulation results show that the output waveform steps increase with the increase of the levels number.It reduces the jump amplitude of the output voltage,so the harmonic content of the output voltage is small.The output voltage can approach the target modulation wave(mostly sine wave)and power switch devices work loss lowly and efficiency highly at the basic switch on and off frequency.As the step-wave of multi-platform synthesis approaches the sinusoidal output voltage,the inverter can satisfy the requirement of low harmonic output current at lower switching frequency,and the problem of high instantaneous rate of current-voltage change is solved.it is easy to realize the optimal control strategy of voltage sharing and to reduce the requirement of the system on the voltage withstand level of power devices.The step-down transformer and the equalizer circuit are not needed for the power balance control of multi-power devices.Only by changing the topology of the inverter itself,high voltage and high power output can be achieved.Because the control method has the advantages of high power conversion efficiency,anti-electromagnetic interference and low output current harmonic,it can be used in high-voltage direct current transmission and high voltage variable frequency speed regulation,high voltage reactive power automatic compensation,power system active filter and high voltage high power output and so on.
