农村用户型饮水消毒装置的应用研究

摘　　要：根据辽西地区饮用水水质消毒装置缺乏、农村分散供水微生物超标和农村工程性缺水严重的现状,研究了用户型饮水自动消毒装置的工作原理及其消毒效果、运行参数。该装置的消毒剂原料为廉价的食盐,通过组合自动控制单元、消毒槽及电解槽实现自动化、模块化、小型化的消毒装置,然后利用多次消毒、自动投加和消毒液一次制备的运行方式,对低山丘陵区农村常用的山泉水、微生物超标雨水自动消毒,并实验分析了其消毒效果及运行参数。结果表明:该装置的消毒时间和电解时间为5-10min、15-20min,盐水浓度的运行参数值为20g/L,单位运行成本低至0.6元/m^3;该装置出水微生物指标能够符合安全饮水要求,可廉价优质地达到饮用水卫生标准和农村用户需水量。According to the present situation of the disinfection equipment of drinking water quality in western Liaoning province,the microorganisms in dispersed water supply in rural areas exceed the standard and the engineering water shortage in rural areas is serious,the working principle and operating parameters of the user-based automatic drinking water disinfection device were studied.The disinfectant raw material of the device is cheap salt,and the automatic modular and miniaturized sterilizing device is realized by combining automatic control unit sterilizing tank and electrolytic tank,then the operation mode of multi-disinfection and one-time preparation of disinfectant is used to conduct automatic sterilizer for mountain spring water in low hilly area,rainwater automatic disinfection with microorganism exceeding standard and analyze disinfection effect and operation parameter.The results show:the disinfection time and electrolysis time of the device are 5-10min and 15-20min,the operating parameter value of brine concentration is 20g/L,and the unit operating cost is as low as 0.6 yuan/m^3;the microbial index of the effluent can meet the requirements of safe drinking water and meet the sanitary standard of drinking water and the water demand of rural users at low cost and high quality.
