摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍是高校思想政治工作队伍中的一支重要力量。加强高校辅导员队伍思想政治教育专业化培训,对于提高高校辅导员队伍的整体思想政治素质,优化队伍结构,进而推动高校思想政治工作队伍整体建设具有重要作用。为此,有必要采取科学措施加强新时代高校辅导员队伍的思想政治教育专业化培训,其主要举措包括:一是坚持理论性与实践性相结合、系统性与层次性相结合以及发展性与长期性相结合的科学指导原则;二是从政策环境、培训投入等方面优化培训条件;三是从分析培训需求、加强过程管理以及科学考核评价等方面进行规范培训管理。The university counselor team is an important force in the university ideological and political work team.strengthening the professional training of ideological and political education of university counselors plays an important role in improving the overall ideological and political quality of university counselors,optimizing the team structure,and promoting the overall construction of university ideological and political work team.therefore,it is necessary to take scientific measures to strengthen the professional training of ideological and political education for college counselors in the new era.The main measures include:first,adhering to the scientific guiding principles of combining theory with practice,system with hierarchy,and development with long-term;Second,optimize the training conditions from the aspects of policy environment and training input;The third is to standardize training management from the aspects of analyzing training needs,strengthening process management and scientific assessment and evaluation.
