摘　　要：目的探讨桑夏苓术汤对卒中相关性肺炎患者心理及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2019年5月卒中相关性肺炎患者114例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组联用桑夏苓术汤,于治疗前后行心理评分、睡眠质量评分、炎性因子检测,比较2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分、CPIS评分、睡眠质量评分(主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、总评分)、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分、CPIS评分、睡眠质量评分(主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、总评分)、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桑夏苓术汤可改善卒中相关性肺炎患者的心理状况及睡眠质量,并减轻炎性反应,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effects of Sangxialingzhu decoction on psychology and sleep quality of patients with stroke associated pneumonia.Methods A total of 114 patients with stroke associated pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to may 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=57)according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were received routine therapy,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Sangxialingzhu decoction.The psychological scores,sleep quality score and inflammatory factors as well as the clinical curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SAS scores,SDS scores,CPIS scores,sleep quality scores(subjective sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep disorders,daytime function,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and total scores),and the levels of C reactive protein,interleukin 6,tumor necrosis factorαin both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sangxialingzhu decoction can improve the psychological status and sleep quality of patients with stroke associated pneumonia,which can reduce inflammatory response,with significant curative effects.
