益气复脉注射液联合传统西医治疗急性心力衰竭的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气复脉注射液联合传统西医治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择92例急性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予急性心力衰竭传统西医治疗(吸氧、应用吗啡、正性肌力药物、利尿剂、血管扩张剂等治疗),治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气复脉注射液5.2 g/d,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均2周。观察治疗前后2组患者的临床疗效、6 min步行距离(6MWT)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、超声心动图采集记录左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率75%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后均较治疗前明显增加,且治疗组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者BNP治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者LVEF治疗后较治疗前明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVEDV、LVESV明显减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气复脉注射液联合传统西医治疗急性心力衰竭,能更好改善患者临床症状、心功能,使运动耐力增加,安全有效。Objective To investigate The therapeutic effects of Yiqifumai injection combined with traditional western medicines on acute heart filure.Methods A total of 92 patients with aute heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional western medicines including oxygen inhalation,morphine,positive inotropic drugs,diuretics,vasodilators and other regular drugs,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Yiqifumai injection,with a treatment corse of 2 weeks for both groups.After treatment,the therapeutic effects,BNP levels,6-minute walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 91.67%,which was superior to that(75%)in control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of heart failure and 6-minute walking distance in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),moreover the improment degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the BNP levels in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The LVEF levels in both groups were increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),but the levels of LVEDV and LVESV were decreased significantly(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqifumai injection combined with traditional western medicines is safe and effective in treatment of acute heart failure.
