叩背与电动吸痰在婴儿肺炎辅助治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察在婴儿肺炎辅助治疗的过程中叩背与电动吸痰的效果。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月收治的患有肺炎的患儿120例为研究对象,应用随机方法将120例肺炎患儿分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组患儿实施常规婴儿肺炎辅助治疗,试验组患儿在实施常规肺炎辅助治疗的基础上进行叩背、电动吸痰,以治疗有效率、治疗依从率、患儿家属满意度为具体指标,分析2种治疗方式的临床治疗效果。结果试验组患儿治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗依从率高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿家属的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在婴儿肺炎辅助治疗中,叩背的应用效果较为明显,同时电动吸痰也能达到辅助治疗的效果,因此有必要在对婴儿肺炎进行治疗的过程中加施叩背与电动吸痰的方式,促进患儿康复。Objective To investigate the curative effects of percussion on the back and electric sputum suction in auxiliary treatment of infant pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children patients with pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to may 2019 were enrolled in thestudy,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional auxiliary treatment of infant pneumonia,however,the patients in experimental group,on thebasis of control group,were treated by percussion on the back and electric suction.The therapeutic effects,compliance rate of treatment and the satisfaction degree of the family members were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the therapeutic effects,compliance rate of treatment and the satisfaction degree of the family members in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the difference were observed and compared between the two groups.Conclusion In the auxiliary treatment of infant pneumonia,the effects of percussion on the back are significant,and electric sputum suction has the effects of auxiliary treatment,therefore both of them are necessary in treatment of infant pneumonia to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
