摘 要:目的探讨低场磁共振成像(MRI)技术在强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者骶髂关节病变诊断中的应用及临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2019年2月收治的125例AS骶髂关节病变患者临床资料,均行MRI、CT检查,分析影像学检查表现及总体诊断准确率。结果MRI检查对AS骶髂关节骨质、软骨异常及骨髓水肿等病变情况检出率明显高于CT检查(P<0.05),且对AS病症分级更加准确,综合诊断准确率相比CT检查明显更高(P<0.05)。结论低场MRI可更好检出骶髂关节病变情况,并可有效分辨、诊断早期AS病症,为AS临床诊断提供科学指导依据,具有较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of low field MRI in diagnosis of sacroiliac joint lesion in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods The clinical data about 125 AS patients with sacroiliac joint lesion who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients underwent MRI and CT examination,and the imaging findings and overall diagnostic accuracy were analyzed.Results The detection rate of sacroiliac joint lesion including osteoarthritis,cartilage abnormalities and bone marrow edema in patients with AS was significantly higher than that by CT examination(P<0.05).Moreover the classification of AS was more accurate,and the comprehensive diagnosis accuracy was significantly higher than that by CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The low field MRI can better detect the sacroiliac joint lesion in patients with AS,which can effectively distinguish and diagnose early AS symptoms,provide scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis of AS,which has high application value in clinical practice.
